Our semi-automatic filling machine for one-gallon cans/poly cans is composed of equipment certified for explosion-proof use in Japan, allowing for safe operation in hazardous locations (note: non-explosion-proof models can also be manufactured). By installing a certified weighing scale at the end of the filling machine, it also complies with JIS standards for automatic weighing. Both hardware and software are designed and manufactured in-house, enabling customization to meet customer needs. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must have domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it is certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.
